Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Just Because Gift Baskets. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. After processing, a tracking number will be provided via email. If you do not receive your tracking number within 72 hours, please contact us at jbgbaskets@gmail.com so we may assist you promptly.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days following processing. If your package does not arrive within 7 business days after processing is complete, please reach out to the shipping carrier using your tracking number. Should the carrier be unable to locate your order, contact us immediately at jbgbasket@gmail.com.

If your package is not delivered within 10 business days after processing is complete, we offer a $10 refund toward your shipping costs.

Just Because Gift Baskets cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
