Return Policy

Just Because Gift Baskets offers a 30-day return policy. Before returning products, email jbgbaskets@gmail.com so we can resolve your issue and advise on next steps. You are responsible for shipping costs after delivery unless you contact us within 1-3 business days before processing is complete. We will email a return label for returns to 2861 North 2nd Street.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incomplete, please email us and include photographs of the issue. For mis-delivered, lost, or stolen packages, kindly contact your carrier directly. Further information can be found in our Shipping policy – Just Because Gift Baskets.

Once we receive your return, allow 1-3 business days for inspection. If returned in its original condition, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days using your original payment method. If not, we will email you within 1-3 business days detailing the refund amount if applicable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
